To insure a competitive advantage we carefully, interview each applicant and select only the officers that stand out as the best. This not only guarantees our clients will receive the value they expect, but serves to help ensure that our employees have colleagues they respect and can count on. Our first method toward maintaining a high level of service is to keep organic employee attrition rates as low as possible. We accomplish this in many ways. First, because our senior management has actually worked in the field of private security we can relate to our employees in ways that most companies simply are not capable of. This is also the reason why we place a high value on employees with a record of long term employment. An in person interview will be scheduled based on current openings. Once interviewed, a conditional offer of employment will be extended and a background will be conducted.
