We have had a problem with our security officer sleeping on the job and had trouble getting a manager to intervene. Do you have similar problems?
No. First all clients are given the President's cell phone number. If any level of our management fails you can always reach the President. Second, an officer sleeping on the job is a failure on many levels and puts your entire security program at risk of being exploited. While all officers are human, a sleeping officer is a failure of management. Over scheduling, double and triple shifts are easy ways to create a situation where an officer will become over tired. It is up to management to be proactive and avoid creating a circumstance where an officer is likely to fail. While a sleeping officer is easy to fix, the failure in management is likely a much deeper problem.
Do you employ and recruit off duty or retired police officers?
Yes. A Security officer who brings to the job experiences and training ,like that of a police officer, can be a great asset. The positions are very similar but there are some key differences. The most important difference is that as private security we are beholden to our clients interests and specific assignment details and a police officer is beholden to the public at large. In order to insure uniformity in training we still require all of our officers to participate in post specific training.  
Our current security contractor's uniform consists of a windbreaker jacket that says security on it. Is your appearance any better than that?
Yes. We do not sacrifice quality on any level including appearance. We have 4 separate uniform looks for you to choose from. We can even customize a look to your specifications. We issue or authorize all officers' uniforms from hats to footwear and everything in between. The uniforms are a much higher quality than typically issued industry wide. We consider this a fundamental investment and is representative of the way we conduct all areas of our services. After all if we look good, you look good and protecting your image is part of our responsibility.
